Be + Radiant + Awesome + Nimble + Dynamic = B.R.A.N.D.

A brand is intangible, complex and multi-faceted, so I thought if I could break it down by the five main areas, it would help you understand the key components of a brand.

Be: This is where it all starts. This is where all the magic happens and where the fun begins.  Typically, I don’t like when people say “You must ____.” Mostly because they don’t know you, what is on your plate or what your priorities are.  But, after much research, soul searching and testing; I can confidently state these three musts:

  1. You must be who you are.
  2. You must be present and aware.
  3. You must be tuned into your instincts, your desires and your authenticity.

“Fitting in is about assessing a situation and becoming who you need to be in order to be accepted.  Belonging, on the other hand, doesn’t require us to change who we are; it requires us to be who we are.”[1]

Radiant: This is an internal form of energy that starts with confidence and ends with conviction.  Have you found your perfect light yet?  I mean you know what you love doing, where you love doing it and how you love doing it.  This also includes your audience, meaning who you love doing your thing with.

Awesome: You are always striving for excellence and adding value wherever you are.  You know when you are awesome because awesome is defined by you and no one else.

Nimble: You can be oozing with presence, radiance and awesomeness, but not everyone will be able to see that right away, so you must be nimble.  Meaning, you are able to move quickly and easily from people, places and things that don’t see your value or aren’t moving you closer to your desires. You are continually figuring how to handle and manage uncertainty. You have also mastered bounceability… if you are taking risks, you will get knocked down; that is okay, but what is not okay is if you don’t get up!

Dynamic: You feel like you are all you can be, you are radiant, awesome and nimble, but are you dynamic?  Dynamic is where it all comes together and where all the pieces fit cohesively together.  You are building momentum and your days are filled with continuous activity and change.  You are what some refer to as unstoppable.

You already have the main ingredients, but you may not be aware of where they are hidden and how to mix them together so you can be the best brand you can be!  And this, my dear, is what I sell… access to unlimited energy and the ability to enjoy the freedom to finally BE yourself, along with figuring out and mastering these five key components.
