This is a part 2 of a special 3 part guest blog by Paula D’Andrea who is an amazing transformational specialist and new friend. We first met at a CEO Bootcamp in Los Angeles. Within a week, after a LinkedIn connection, email and phone conversation, we taped a video together and afterwards had an amazing conversation about confidence and how to be in alignment (flow); which is the key to becoming, being and remaining a successful brand.
Here are Paula’s thoughts and tips on how to help you focus in order to be in flow with everything you have to get done. We started with tip one, productivity and now we’ll move onto tip two – to help you be confident, so you can make swift, timely and sound decisions – and the most of your time.

Self Care is one of the most valuable assets you have. After all, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. Keeping your energy humming and out of the ‘front line’ of chaos and office mayhem, will keep your stress level down and your productivity up.
– Eat to fuel – eat nutritious foods with valuable content to keep your energy levels consistent to get through your day and into your evening. Round out your day with snacks to keep you focused for your work at hand.
– The elements – get out of your work environment and get a dose of fresh air on your lunch. Really get out of your element and do something non-work related…. listen to music, walk or simply eat and breathe.
– Unplug – it isn’t always easy to do….. everywhere you turn is another device. How do you give yourself that ‘calgon moment’ without feeling guilty or fearful of missing something? Make time to unplug, shut down and chillax – it’s a healthy thing to do!
Confident people make decisions quickly, and they move from one project to another with grace and ease. We hope this sanity tip helps you make the most of your day and be the best brand you can be!
